CHEERLEADING CONDITIONING

YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL TO PARTICIPATE (bring a copy with you on the first day)

Who:

All 6th and 7th grade students interested in trying out for cheerleading for the 2013-14 seasons.

What:

The conditioning will consist of basic cheerleading skills that can be practiced and perfected before tryouts. Including: jumps, splits, motions, running, tumbling, etc.

When:

Once a week during the month of May. Check the calendar for specific dates and times.

Where:

Once you are dismissed, like you noramally are at the end of the day, get changed into work out clothing and meet in the cafeteria. Wait for Coach Morgan to get you. We will condition both inside and outside.

Attire:

school appropriate shorts and t-shirt

hair in a high ponytail (all hair pulled back)

socks and gym shoes

absolutely no jewelry

bring a water bottle and inhaler if needed
